Call for Pilot Schools: A Competency-Based Approach to Leadership Development and Resilience for Student Nurses

黑料吃瓜王 is pleased to announce a call for pilot schools for a new initiative funded by Johnson & Johnson aimed at preparing baccalaureate nursing graduates to meet the competency expectations outlined in the 黑料吃瓜王 Essentials. 黑料吃瓜王 is seeking schools interested in piloting learning experiences that build skills in the areas of resilience, self-care, well-being, and leadership.

黑料吃瓜王 is seeking 10 schools with entry-level baccalaureate nursing programs to implement and evaluate learning strategies and clinical experiences developed through this project in their curriculum. Selected schools will receive $10,000 in funding and technical assistance from 黑料吃瓜王 to implement the new learning and assessment strategies.
