Announcing 黑料吃瓜王鈥檚 Technical Assistance Program for Nursing Workforce Diversity Grant Applicants


With more than a decade of experience providing technical assistance to schools of nursing administering federal grants, 黑料吃瓜王 offers expert consulting to schools applying for funding through the Nursing Workforce Diversity program offered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). 黑料吃瓜王 staff are available to help you meet grant objectives, provide staff development, navigate challenges, magnify your project’s impact, and access resources to ensure your program’s success.

Call for Nursing Workforce Diversity Grant Applications

On December 19, 2024, HRSA issued a call for applications (HRSA-25-071) for grant funding available through the Nursing Workforce Diversity (NWD) program, which supports efforts to increase nursing education opportunities for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds (including racial and ethnic minorities underrepresented among registered nurses). The program uses comprehensive, evidence-based strategies to create more inclusive and culturally aligned nursing education environments. . Applications are due March 18, 2025.

Components of 黑料吃瓜王’s Technical Assistance Program

黑料吃瓜王 will provide:

  • A letter of support for your NWD application
  • Expert consultation on grant objectives and desired outcomes
  • Administration of the Leading Across Multidimensional Perspectives (LAMPSM) Culture and Climate Survey
  • On-site focus groups to assess learning environment and perceived sense of belonging
  • Participation in 黑料吃瓜王’s signature programming focused on leadership development, innovation sharing, and peer engagement
  • Regional meetings and facilitated online discussions
  • And more...
